The founder of Ossher Design And Build
Ossher Design And Build was founded by Adam Ossher with a clear purpose: to build with integrity.
For Adam, integrity is not just a value written on a website. It is the principle that guides every decision in the business, from the way a project is planned and constructed, to the way people communicate on site, to the relationships built with clients, subcontractors, and everyone involved in bringing a home to life.
Since 2011
High-end residential construction
Adam has been working in the building industry since 2011, with his entire career focused exclusively on high-end residential construction. That experience gave Adam a deep understanding of the level of detail, discipline, communication, and care required to deliver exceptional homes.
A successful project should not only be measured by the finished product, but by the experience the client has throughout the process.
But over the years, Adam also saw how easily trust can be lost in the building industry. Too often, clients are left feeling uncertain, unheard, or disappointed by the way builders conduct themselves. Adam wanted to create a company that does things differently.
Ossher Design And Build was created to help restore trust in the building process. Adam believes clients deserve honesty, transparency, thoughtful guidance, and a builder who genuinely cares about the decisions being made on their behalf. Every project should leave clients feeling respected, informed, and proud of the outcome.
The name Ossher Design And Build is deeply personal. Adam chose to put his own surname on the business because he wanted to build something he could stand behind with pride. For him, that means taking responsibility for the quality of the work, the way people are treated, and the reputation the business creates over time.

Today, Adam brings together years of high-end residential experience with a grounded, honest approach to building. His goal is simple: to deliver carefully considered homes while creating a better, more trustworthy experience for the people who live in them.
