Bathrooms fail from the inside out. Membrane failures, wrong falls and unsealed penetrations are invisible on handover day and expensive three years later, which is why we treat waterproofing as the main event, not a trade visit.
We renovate bathrooms across Bondi, Bellevue Hill, Randwick, Coogee, Woollahra, Double Bay, Vaucluse, Rose Bay, Paddington, Bronte, Maroubra and Waverley, in both houses and strata apartments.
Because we're a licensed building company rather than a bathroom-only outfit, we can take on the structural side too: moving walls, relocating stacks, and fixing rotted framing found under a failed old floor.
Every membrane is applied by a licensed waterproofer to AS 3740 and photographed at each stage, so the build is documented, not just promised.
