Almost always, yes. Heritage controls trigger DA assessment for most external changes and many internal works. We prepare and manage the submission on your behalf.
Most full heritage renovations run 9 to 18 months on site, depending on scope and the level of restoration involved. We'll give you a clear program at quote.
Yes. Insulation, glazing upgrades, services and waterproofing can all be integrated sympathetically. We do this regularly without compromising heritage character.
Yes. We hold a current NSW contractor licence and carry full public liability and home warranty insurance on every project.
