Most of the cost in an Eastern Suburbs pool isn't the pool. It's the excavation, the rock, the retaining and the engineering required to put a large body of water on a sloping block near a boundary.
We deliver concrete pools as part of a broader outdoor program: pool, terrace, retaining, landscaping, fencing and the connection back into the house, so it reads as one project rather than three trades arguing over levels.
Our Bronte project is a good example of what a properly integrated pool and outdoor space looks like on a steep coastal site.
Rock excavation, shoring, boundary setbacks, drainage and BCA-compliant fencing are all resolved and priced before we start, not discovered at the dig.

Rock & Excavation
Much of the Eastern Suburbs sits on sandstone. Rock is slow, noisy and expensive to remove, and it's the single largest cost variable on a pool.
Engineering & Retaining
On a sloping block the pool shell often doubles as a retaining structure. That needs engineering, drainage and waterproofing designed together.

Founder Adam Ossher runs every project personally, from feasibility through to handover. You deal with the person accountable for the build, not a rotating site manager.
