A whole-home renovation typically runs 4 to 9 months on site, depending on scope, structural work, approvals and finish level. We provide a detailed program at quote.
Works that change external appearance, footprint or structure generally require a DA or CDC, and heritage conservation areas add further controls. We assess your project in the initial consultation and advise on the right pathway.
For whole-home renovations we generally recommend moving out, it's faster, safer and usually cheaper overall. For staged or partial renovations, staying is often possible and we plan sequencing to make it workable.
