Most bathroom companies subcontract every trade and manage the calendar. That works until the floor comes up and there's rotted bearer, an unvented stack or a slab that falls the wrong way.
We are a licensed building company. When a Sydney bathroom turns out to need structural repair, waterproofing rectification or a services upgrade, it stays inside the same contract instead of becoming your problem to solve.
We work across Sydney with a concentration in the Eastern Suburbs and inner east, in houses, terraces and strata apartments.
Membranes are applied by licensed waterproofers to AS 3740 and documented photographically at each stage, so the certification is there when you sell.
